FOR PRACTITIONERS

HUG Fertility Practitioner Programme

A practitioner training in fertility & the HUG Method

Zita giving talk

For over 40 years, as a midwife and acupuncturist, I have supported couples on their journey to conception.

What I have learned is this: fertility is not just physical. It is deeply influenced by the connection between the heart, uterus and gut — what I call the HUG.

This training is an opportunity to step inside my approach and learn how to support patients in a way that is integrated, intuitive and clinically effective

WHO IS THIS FOR

For those who want to go deeper

This programme is designed for qualified health professionals, including:

  • Acupuncturists
  • Nutritionists
  • Reflexologists
  • Osteopaths
  • Nurses and midwives
  • Coaches or therapists working in women's health

Many of you will already be experienced in your field but may feel there is something missing in how you support patients. This training is for those who want a deeper, more integrated understanding of fertility and how to guide patients from where they are now to where they need to be.

WHAT THIS TRAINING WILL ENABLE YOU TO DO

  • Take a patient from confusion to clarity
  • Create personalised, meaningful plans and not just protocols
  • A more grounded, informed approach
  • Support women through uncertainty, pressure, and emotional overwhelm
  • Become a practitioner women trust, not just for answers

WHAT MAKES THIS TRAINING DIFFERENT

The consultation is the foundation of everything

This training focuses on how to truly understand the person in front of you AND not just their symptoms. You will learn how to integrate the mind, body and spirit with ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience and emotional insight. This determines the direction of care, the quality of support, and ultimately the outcome for the patient.

MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT
